Regina Piranhas Summer Swim Club

Who Are We?

Welcome to the Regina Piranhas Summer Swim Club! We're a non-profit, parent operated organization that fosters a love of competitive swimming in a low pressure, fun environment. The competitive program runs from May to early August.

The Regina Piranhas Swim Club is located in Regina, Saskatchewan. We are a speed swimming club with a focus on exercise, fun and healthy competition. While it is nice to be the fastest swimmer in the pool, the competition focus is always on improving personal best times. The club operates during the summer months from May to August and kids of all ages are welcome.

Club members get plenty of time in the pool with 60 to 90 minute practices typically occurring four evenings a week (Monday through Thursday). Members are encouraged to make it to as many practices as they can, but we know that families are busy and it isn't always possible to get to every practice.

The Piranhas host a swim meet in Regina once a summer. Additionally, the club participates in several meets hosted by other clubs across southern Saskatchewan. Swim meets happen on the weekends and are a fun and exciting part of what we do. Many of the meets are hosted at outdoor pools which adds a whole new element to the experience
